We do our best to ensure strong and safe packaging of all our pieces, but in the unfortunate event that an item arrives broken or damaged, a clear photo of the damaged item must be sent via email to: hola@caanestudio.com, within the first 3 days of receiving it. Instructions for returning or exchanging damaged goods will be provided in a reply email.

CAAN ESTUDIO has the right to deny a return at any time. The refund and return policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Once you have completed your order, the order takes 1 to 2 business days to process, and once it leaves the workshop between 2 to 3 business days to reach your hands. (This is under normal circumstances). 

CAAN Estudio is not responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.
